The P18 roll-to-sheet digital inkjet press is designed for book, textbook and commercial printers that need a compact production line for short and medium runs.
The press uses a monolithic frame and precision paper transport to keep the web stable at speed. Depending on the model, it prints at up to 75 m/min in CMYK (P18C) or up to 90 m/min in single black (P18K), with a 436 mm imaging width and an optional 469 mm width.
Inline cutting handles lengths from 140 to 660 mm, separates batches from 10 sheets and stacks output up to 240 mm high. The result is a roll-to-sheet workflow that delivers finished sheets ready for binding without a separate cutting step for every title.
The P18K uses butterfly printing technology to extend printhead service life for black-only work. Both models support the EPrintSystem control workflow, with optional cluster printing for multi-press production.
