Injet Digital Expands Remote Support for Digital Press Customers

Injet Digital has expanded its remote support program for customers running 880 Series, PM440 and P18 digital inkjet presses. The program combines secure remote access, scheduled online reviews and direct access to service engineers.
When a customer reports a print quality or workflow issue, engineers can review job files, press logs and registration data before deciding whether an on-site visit is needed. Many software, color and data-path questions can be resolved in a single remote session.
Online training sessions cover operator routines, printhead maintenance, color management and job setup. New operators can be trained after installation, and existing teams can refresh procedures when a new product or paper is introduced.
The remote program works alongside on-site installation, commissioning and preventive maintenance. Customers can contact the service team through their usual support channel to schedule a session.
